Rush - Ruth Wright

Ruth Frances Rush, 79, of 210 W. Main St., died Sunday morning in Culver Hospital. She was a member of the First Christian Church and was graduated in 1918 from Crawfordsville High School. Born Aug. 24, 1899 at New Market, she was a daughter of Samuel A. and Sarah Watson Wright. In 1920, she married Herman R. Rush. She is survived by a son, Richard Rush of Aurora, Colo.; two daughters, Jean Williams of Chicago and Elenore Petros of Naperville; a brother Albert Wright; a sister, Mary Gates of Crawfordsville; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Kenneth Buser officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. – jlr
